What should I do if nothing happens when I tap my phone on the NFC tag?
Please follow these steps:
・Check that your smartphone is a compatible device (Compatible Devices: iPhone 7 or later / Android 2014 or later)
・Move your smartphone slowly to find the ideal touch point
・Remove your phone case
Steps to Enable NFC*
For Android Users
・Open your settings application
・Enter “NFC” in the search bar
・Toggle the NFC setting on
For iPhone Users
・iPhone 7 & 8 Series users:
・Go to “Settings”
・Tap on “Touch ID and Passcode”
・Set fingerprint authentication
・iPhone X and later:
・Go to “Settings”
・“Face ID and Passcode”
・Set up Face ID

What is the 8-character code on the NFC tag for?
This unique code identifies the NFC tag. We may ask for it if you encounter issues claiming your proof of consumption.
